I'm so excited that you're interested in becoming a coach on our team!  Team Goal Crushers it not just any team...we are FAMILY!  We work together, learn from each other, support one another and RISE by LIFTING OTHERS!  I'm not a fitness expert or professional trainer...I'm just someone who's life has been CHANGED by these programs, products, coaching and am PASSIONATE about sharing them and this opportunity with others!  How could I not!?

What you'll get when you join the team!

As a coach on Team Goal Crushers you'll get one-on-one support from me!  Whether you just want to have fun with this opportunity and help people as you get healthy or whether you want to fire your boss and become a work from home mama, I'll be there to walk or RUN with you!  Each month I offer a 2 week New Coach Bootcamp where you'll learn the ropes of what being a coach is all about, I help you to run your first challenge group so you can work on YOU while helping your friends and family and we'll even set up a phone call where I can answer your questions and help you set some goals!  As a coach on our team, this is YOUR business, but you're never alone!  I'll teach you what I've learned and how I've had success so that you can too!

Being a Beachbody Coach ISN’T a Get Rich Quick Scheme. It is hard work and you get out the effort you put in. So if you aren’t willing to put in the time and effort you aren’t going to succeed. All my coaches can tell you I live by the MOTTO “Be Here in A YEAR”.  That means give this business 100% for a year and you will be AMAZED! What does it cost?

There are two options to get started; a one time fee of $40 OR you can get that $40 fee waived if you sign up with a challenge pack or you or your spouse is active military. (I can explain those options in more depth as well when you fill out the coach application below!)

A monthly website fee of $15. Beachbody gives you three websites where you can do some minor personalization. One site is a Beachbody Coach Site ,one is a  specialized Shakeology site (only available for sale through the Team Beachbody Coach network) and the third is your Ultimate Reset Site.  (I have decided to create my own website and blog to share my experiences but it is not required.)  This fee also covers all shipping and handling (you don't have to stock any products!) as well as customer service for you and your challengers!

Do I have to be a certified trainer or fitness expert?

Nope!  I definitely wasn't!  In fact, I wasn't even to my goal weight before I started coaching.  You just have to be willing to learn, passionate about getting healthy and ready to share your story (the ups and the downs) with people in your network!

Do I have to be a sales person?

No! We aren’t salespeople – we are just people who love to live fit and are willing to help others by offering suggestions and support. You will not learn sales training on our team, but rather, you'll learn how to have conversations with people about their health and how to invite them to challenge groups WITH you, or to try products that might help them. You'll share your own success story and inspire others. This opportunity is all about being YOU and helping people along the way!

I'm busy, do I have to have a ton of time to coach? 

No! The issue is not lack of time, it's lack of focus. We are committed to teaching you how to get the most out of the time you have with our training programs and tracking system. If this business becomes a priority for you, you will find time. You'll just schedule Beachbody into your day, just like other appointments. You can carve out 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes during nap time (that's what I did!) You don’t need 9 to 5 to work this business. It isn't that kind of a job. CONSISTENCY is KEY and counts more than lots of extra hours!

Is this just one big pyramid scheme?

No! First and foremost, pyramid scheme businesses are illegal and Team Beachbody was created under new federal guidelines for network marketing businesses and is a recognized leader in the industry with an A+ rating from the BBB.  No one is on top but YOU. You are the CEO of your own business. You earn money based on your own work, your own product sales, your own customers, and based on how you help others on the team succeed. You only truly earn money when you HELP others. There is no incentive to just enroll people into the business and kick back and collect the money! That at is a pyramid.  As put so wonderfully by our CEO, this is a multi-level HELPING company.  The more people you help, the more success you'll see!
